Insurance
The Association arranges the insurance annually for the common parts of the development. The insurance of all other properties is the responsibility of individual owners. As all owners are members of LRRA Limited we may be held collectively liable for accidents that may occur on the estate as you would be for accidents in your own property. The estate management insurance policy provides property owners liability cover for this risk.
